If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and suitable for resale.

Many Draco Grills outdoor kitchen units are large or heavy and may require pallet transport.
Returns for these products must be arranged through our customer service team so that appropriate transport can be organised.
Collection charges may apply for large or palletised items returned due to a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Where possible, please provide photographs of the issue so our team can resolve the matter quickly.
