Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability and location.
Delivery is normally made to the nearest accessible point to the delivery address. Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access for delivery vehicles.
If delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access, additional delivery charges may apply.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, supply chain disruption or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the installation area is suitable before delivery.
Outdoor kitchen units should be installed on a level, stable and non-combustible surface.
Adequate ventilation and clearance must be provided where grills or gas appliances are installed.
Installation must follow manufacturer instructions and relevant regulations.
Gas appliances supplied for use with bottled LPG do not require installation by a Gas Safe registered engineer. However, if a product is converted for use with Natural Gas, installation must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Electrical appliances must be connected in accordance with local electrical regulations.
Incorrect installation may void warranties.
Stainless steel used in outdoor kitchens is corrosion-resistant but not corrosion-proof. Environmental conditions may affect longevity and appearance.
Factors that may accelerate corrosion include:
Powder-coated product ranges, including Fusion and Titan, are not suitable for installation in coastal environments or locations with high salt exposure. Salt air, pollutants and corrosive environments may accelerate deterioration of powder-coated finishes.
Surface discolouration, corrosion or deterioration caused by environmental exposure is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Products incorporating natural materials such as granite, stone or wood may vary in colour, grain and texture.
These natural variations are not defects.
Customers must maintain products according to the care instructions provided.
Regular cleaning is particularly important in coastal or high-moisture environments.
Appliances supplied with Draco Grills outdoor kitchens form part of the Draco product range and are covered under the warranty terms provided with the product where applicable.
Consumer purchases may be subject to cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
